Tournament Overview

Premier youth soccer competition in Southern California.

Join The Harvest Festival Cup for highly competitive play, an excellent natural-grass facility, and a strong atmosphere for players, coaches, and families. This tournament is open to eligible youth teams from approved soccer associations.

Every accepted team receives a three-game guarantee.

Referee fee: $50 per team, per game. Registration deadline and early-bird dates will be announced by the tournament office.

Tournament Rules

Competition framework

Eligibility & Documents

Player identification cards, shin guards, medical releases, approved rosters, and any required travel documentation must be available. International teams require written permission from their governing body.

Rosters & Borrowed Players

Unlimited borrowed players are permitted, subject to the official rules and declared affiliation. Roster limits are 14 for U7–U12 and 22 for U13–U19.

Scoring

Win: 6 points; tie: 3; loss: 0; one point per goal up to three; one shutout point; one point deducted per red card.

Tie-Breakers

Head-to-head, goal differential (maximum +4 per game), least goals allowed, most goals scored, total wins, shutouts, then penalty kicks.

Conduct & Final Decisions

Tournament Committee and referee decisions are final. Team administrators are responsible for players, coaches, parents, and sidelines.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Teams not accepted receive a refund. Accepted teams are non-refundable. If weather or an Act of God causes cancellation, the event may be rescheduled or teams may be invited to a future tournament.
